Yeffe Nefesh is a custom display typeface created for the cover and poem title dividers of "Faggot", the first Spoken Word book published in Hebrew. The typeface showcases the critical, sharp poems by performance artist Yossi Zabari. The design was inspired by vintage Israeli poetry books, using classic elements with a modern approach to echo the book's content and author. It is based on an old Hebrew typeface (Meruba) combined with a new interpretation to deliver an original, unique, daring message, like Zabari's work.
